Return & Refund Policy

1.) Customer can raise return request within 24 Hrs from the date of delivery of the product.

2.) Return will be easily accepted by the company if customer receives a wrong product or damaged product, or any size issue.

3.) Customers are requested to check goods properly after receiving the goods.

4.) Customers can call company customer care number 9667245444 during working hours (09:30AM to 6:00PM ) or mail or and can raise return request.

5.) During return request through mail please write ‘return request and order ID’ in subject line.

6.) If your return accepted by the company then our courier partner come for the product pickup at your delivery address where product was delivered. In few cases customers are require to return or dispatch parcel from their side due to unavailability of pickup services by our courier partner. We will inform it to the customers regarding the same.

7.) Return pickup charges(150 Rs) will be applicable and amount will be adjusted against customer outstanding during refund or exchange if any. However there will be no return courier pickup charges in case of wrong or damaged product received by customer.

8.) Customer are requested that do not pay anything to the courier pickup Boy while returning product to the company.

9.) During the pickup process our courier partner will check certain parameter for successfully pickup. If products fail to qualify certain parameter decided by the company, courier partner may refuse to accept pickup. Please read parameter below-

  • A) Product should be complete like all in box accessories should be available.
  • B) Product should be completely undamaged, Like no physical damage or scratch should be there.
  • C) Product should not be use by anyone. It should be unused.
  • D) Product should be correct which was ordered and delivered actually. Serial number, brand tag should be exactly the same. MRP tag should not be removed.
  • E) Product packaging box should be undamaged, If it comes with box.

10.) Few of the products categories comes under non-returnable items Like- Stockings, Swimsuit, Lingerie, Bra, Panty, etc.

11.) Jewellery items not refundable.


1.) The amount will be transferred to customers the same account which was used at the time of order, in case of online prepaid order through our payment gateway partner on our website

2.) The amount will be refund to the customer account through account transfer / PAYTM also in case of COD, Cash refund will not be possible in any case.
